1. This tutorial is insufficient for teaching how to thread the machine. Please create a slower, closer-up dedicated video for this process. Have tried 8 times, cannot do it. I cannot see from this tutorial how to thread my 590. [lady in the store showed me too but I can't do it]. Why is it so complicated anyway. My new dealer comforts me by saying that the intro class allows 20 minutes to teach how to thread the machine. REALLY?

2. I hate this 590. Have tried over and over to thread it. Pictures and instructions in the manual are insufficient. Who exactly writes your manuals? This video does not show enough detail , like does the thread go in front of or behind the needle and where precisely does the thread hook onto the metal part. How can a machine this expensive be so unusable?

3. I totally argee…..with all the comment about threading this machine. Very Poor instructions, or should I say no instructions. ….. Bernina you needs to create a slower, tutorial without
   All the bells and whistles! ……… one just for threading. My eyesight is not what it used to be, that's why I got the automatic threading, but I'm having to thread it manually are you kidding me……..Threading this machine ……..is so frustration!!! Do something now, please,!!!!
