nation and families in the “Women’s Revival camp” Watch now the sermon given by Sis. Joyce Lazarus Beloved Lets read Isaiah 61:3 To console those who mourn in Zion,
to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise
for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called
“trees of righteousness,” The planting of the Lord ,
that He may be glorified. They may be called
“trees of righteousness” The prophet Isaiah wrote
these words as foretold by Christ We can read the ministry done
by Jesus Christ in the Gospels Dear, Beloved Be compassionate to the miserable We should show
our love and comfort others Jesus Christ came to
this world to save the sinners Jesus done miracles in the
life of people who seek him We read in Bible that Jesus
went about doing good to people He has the will to bless us But, we should commit our lives to God By doing so,
We can do great things in the society for God God delivers us from sin, curse
and from the clutches of devil We should commit ourselves
to God to gain the perishing souls We are going to see women from
Bible who committed themselves to God Firstly If we read Judges chapter 4:5 Here it is mentioned about
a Woman named Deborah Deborah took a place in the Bible Deborah Judges 5:7 Village life ceased, it ceased in Israel,
Until I, Deborah, arose, Arose a mother in Israel. Deborah arose as a Mother,
it is said in Judges 5:7 Dear Beloved, Deborah is a Prophet of God,
who lived with her family, her husband name is Lapidoth She lived under palm tree She was a Judge Deborah shared God’s word to many
and turned them towards God Deborah feared God and she did justice
to those who seek her and turned them towards God The word of God was in her mouth,
in her tongue and heart Deborah had a Good relationship with God Do we look like her? Do we read Bible? Do we pray? Are we the children of God? Does God speak to you? Do you hear the voice of God? Deborah heard God’s voice Deborah turned many to God God will not do any thing
without telling His children God might have promised you You may be a believer or
doing God’s ministry No matter who they are, God might have promised you,
it will be fulfilled, it will not lie God’s promise will surely get fulfilled, Though it tarries, wait for it God will do miracles in your life Israelites did things not pleasing to
the Lord, So God sold them to Gentiles They are experiencing great difficulty A caanan king called Sisera
tormented them for twenty years. At that time Israelites
call on the Lord Then the Lord raises Deborah as judge,
deciding that a judge should rise God appointed Deborah
to Judge Israelites If you keenly observe
the life of Deborah Deborah was a brave bold lady This Deborah was a brave bold lady God spoke to Deborah and told her to fight
with Sisera, saying I will give them on your hand Deborah said this to Barak,
the army officer Barak trembled and said
“we don’t have enough men to fight with them” We don’t have enough equipments Barak was trembled with fear of
battling against the enemy’s army But Deborah says
“we should obey God and fight with them” Barack said that
“I will not go if you will not come with me” Then Deborah says the God’s word to Barak,
that there will be no glory for you in this war,.. it will be given to a woman. Barak said that “I will go only
if you come with me” Deborah agreed to come with him A woman stood front in the war Deborah goes with Barak
to fight against Sisera The war broke out God is fighting against for
his children as descending down from the Heaven Judges 5:20 says God himself led the battle The stars from their courses fought against Sisera. Judges 5:20 When Sisera and his army came
to Kishon valley, the earth was shaken Who did this? God did this Two armies were standing God promised Deborah,
told her to go to war Deborah stood in front of the war During the war,
Stars fought against Sisera Also cloud showered and
the valley was split into two Kishon valley split into
two because of the flood Chariots of Sisera drowned in the flood Sisera ran away on foot and entered into
the tent of Heber, Jael a woman welcomed him into the tent Sisera said “If anyone inquires
about me say no to them” But Jael brought him inside and gave
her milk instead of water and covered him After he slept, Jael took a nail and
hammered him to dead, on his forehead Then Jael said that
“Lord, Let all your enemies perish like this” It is written in Judges 5: 31 that Lord! Let all your enemies perish like this Dear beloved Jael got the glory in war, as God said Because Jael killed Sisera Dear beloved Devil may raise against us Wicked men may raise against us Quarrels in family may come against us You may not know what to do
for you are the servant of God But God will fight for you God will fight for you You shall hold your peace You shall hold your peace You shall hold your peace God will fight for you and
will do things for you If we see about Deborah Deborah rose up as a mother in Israel The village was ceased until Deborah arose It is written in Judges 5:7 that
The highways were deserted Not only that, There was no roads,
So travellers walked along the by ways Until Deborah arose the village was ceased Village was ceased The ways connecting villages were ceased If woman go to collect water, There is no water and food for them They suffered a lot In such a time, God raised Deborah Deborah fixes all the ceased ways She brought peace to her nation Villages were destroyed Deborah brought many to the flock of Christ We must look like Deborah Is God word being in our mouth?
in our tongue? Does God speak to us? We are saying us believers for years We are saying us a believer Do we read Bible? Do we live in the light that the Bible shows? What kind of women we are? Do we look like a quarrelsome
women, a gossiping women? Our character needs to change Character of Christ should come within us We must be filled with the love of God Love of God needs to be poured in our hearts Do we love our Husband? Do we love our Husband? We read Bible,
We are the children of God Do we have a good witness from our husband? Does your pastor give
a good witness about you,… like a praying woman, children
of God, shares word of God? If not We must repent Do not live as what your mind says? Should not come and sit here like
a holy child after doing all the unholy things Ask God to forgive your sins It is good that
we pray and read Bible Is our heart clean before God? Is our prayer speaks to God? Does God speak to you? Does God speaks to you saying
you are closer to my heart? Raise me like Deborah Raise me like Deborah in my church Lord! Transform me into a
Woman who brings revival in the church Holiness in my mouth,
Holiness in my tongue Holiness in my thoughts,
Holiness in my heart Ask God to give you holiness Lord make me holy,
Lord speak to me As the Lord was with Deborah,
she got courage She had that courage because
she had a good relationship with God Deborah had the courage that
God will be with me and will give glory in the war God will give you that Courage You may came here in the presence of God,
for the blessings of your family Repent Repent from the wicked ways Repent from all your unethical ways Where will you go if you die? Heaven? or hell? Either this or that Ask God that Lord!
Transform me like Deborah, I will live for you Villages are destroyed, bring the
surrounding villages before your eyes Your neighbor’s family
is getting destroyed Many women shed tears because of wicked Do we pray for them? Does our heart grieve for them? Is the sound of prayer heard in our home? Do we turned our children towards God? Dear beloved In the 18th century, a brahmin lady called pandit Ramabai,
who lost her parents and her husband in her early age Not only that, lost all her property In the state of abandonment by
Humans, she knew about Jesus She was a pandit who studied
Sanskrit and Bengali languages She was a genius She addresses well in meetings,
also she speaks at concerts She had gone through
great pain and tears Lost her husband in an early age
and also lost all her possessions But she knew about Jesus
and became the child of God Not only that She shared the love of Jesus to other young widows
who were like her and helped in educating them We must serve the Lord in some way Pandit Ramabai was educated
but her life was full of miseries Pandit Ramabai educated the other young widows,
taught them hand craft and… also created ways for
them to survive in the society. She ministered like that We also should help the widows Pandit Ramabai glorified
God by doing these things God’s name was
glorified by her ministry Does your ministry bring glory to God? Glorify God by doing ministry Women can raise in the society Should raise We can arise to help young
widows and fatherless children Are we sharing about God to others? Are we sharing about God to others? Are we showing Jesus to others? Do we have the love of Christ? Do we grieve for others? Look up and see around us The field lands has resulted,
but nobody to harvest we should raise Deborah arose for God We should commit our lives for God Confess your sins to God
and recieve the repentance God will bless us
when we recieve repentance Deborah is a woman who rose for God She rose for God If we see the life of Deborah God was with Deborah So, Deborah went to the war with Barack Deborah is a prophet God’s word was in her mouth Many come to her for justice Deborah was seen as a helping woman One day, Barack called her war Barack compels her to come for the war Deborah agreed and went with him God fought for them in the war God himself descended and
fought the war for his children Bible says that Mount Sinai
gushed, Clouds also poured God descended to fight the war Bible says that God himself fought
for his children and given them victory My dear Beloved In our life, We may be going
through tough and difficult situations You may be troubled and say who
will help me ,who will feel pity for me God will fight for you God who gave Victory to Deborah,
will give us victory in our life We should know that We should not get weary God will plead for us God will fight for us God will do things for us My dear beloved We should arise for God,
like Deborah Should do things for God When we arise for God Our family will be blessed Our land will be blessed Our city will be blessed Our church will be blessed We shall arise like Deborah, Be a witness in the place we dwell God will do great things by us,
when we arise for God Lets pray Our loving heavenly father We thank you father We praise you Lord Lord! we thank you for
